New employee training

    Late summer and early autumn bring a fiery fervor. Our company welcomes a group of energetic new employees. To help new colleagues quickly integrate into the company culture, familiarize themselves with business processes, and transition into their roles, we meticulously organized a rich and diverse new employee orientation program.

    The training was not only a learning experience, but also an opportunity for interaction and exchange. Interspersed with teamwork games and small group project discussions, the program allowed new employees to quickly become familiar with each other and build deep friendships through collaboration.
