Truck export market erupts

    Customs data shows that in the first three quarters of 2025, China's cumulative truck exports reached 728000 units, a year-on-year increase of 24%, setting a record for the highest volume in the same period in history. Among them, light trucks led the growth with an export volume of 383000 units and a year-on-year growth rate of 39%, accounting for 52.6% of the total export volume. The export market presents three major highlights:

    High regional concentration: Fuel trucks mainly flow to markets such as Mexico, Vietnam, and Chile, with Vietnam becoming the core growth pole with a year-on-year growth rate of 86%; Hybrid trucks dominate the Australian market with an export volume of 18000 units, occupying a dominant position in this segment.

    New energy has become a new growth point: the proportion of pure electric truck exports has increased to 8.2%, a year-on-year increase of 5.3 percentage points, becoming the fastest-growing power type. Electric vehicle models from brands such as Jianghuai and Shandeka are highly favored in overseas zero emission logistics scenarios.

    Product structure upgrade: Export models have shifted from simple "high cost-effectiveness" to "technology adaptation", with customized products such as high-power tractors optimized for overseas road conditions and electric light trucks adapted for urban distribution becoming the new main force of exports.
